Os Diários de Bicicleta de David Byrne

David Byrne mora em Nova Iorque onde só circula de bike entre seu apartamento e o escritório. Já pedalou por várias cidades do mundo como Buenos Aires, Berlin, São Francisco, entre outras. E agora resolveu juntar tudo num livro para contar suas experiências em cidades amigas de ciclistas e também das nem tão amigas assim. Aproveita para criticar a cultura de corporação americana e seus reflexos na sociedade.

Abaixo dois trechos do livro, no referente à Buenos Aires ele estranha virar notícia por pedalar pela cidade, quando acha que muito mais gente deveria estar fazendo isso por lá, já que é tudo plano.

My cycling is considers so unusual here that it is newsworthy — it's written up in the local papers."
